2. Services Provided
- GroomedJobs offers a variety of services aimed at helping students secure placement opportunities and prepare for their professional careers. These services include, but are not limited to:

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for various skill sets
3. Fee Structure

We charge a fee of 10% of the fixed component of the candidate’s Cost to Company (CTC). This fee is due and payable upon receipt of the offer letter by the candidate.

Any Instructor-Led Training (ILT) provided by GroomedJobs is an additional service and will incur separate charges, which include trainer fees, certification costs, and other related expenses.
4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid as specified in the invoice provided.

Payment for the main services (10% of fixed CTC) is due immediately upon receipt of the offer letter.

Payment for ILT services must be made in accordance with the specific payment terms outlined in the ILT agreement.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once the service is availed, fees paid are non-refundable.

ILT services are subject to their specific cancellation and refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
6. Liability Disclaimer

GroomedJobs does not guarantee job placement. Our services are intended to enhance your chances but are not a guarantee of employment.

We are not responsible for any employment decisions made by the employers.

We do not control the content of third-party websites or resources linked on our site and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

GroomedJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration and application process.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the GroomedJobs website are the property of GroomedJobs or their respective owners.

GroomedJobs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, labor disputes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.
