Job Summary: Cognizant Digital Practice is seeking a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to help clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models. The role involves leading software development teams, facilitating communication between development, operations, and business stakeholders, enhancing efficiency through DevOps tools, training and mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing and improving processes, handling escalations, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to higher management.

Qualification:

• Extensive experience in the SLC process
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
• Experience with SonarQube for continuous inspection of code quality
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, artifacts, and repositories
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Prior onsite work experience and ability to manage client relationships effectively

Must Haves:

• Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Azure DevOps)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
