Job Description:

As a Web Developer Engineer focused on UI/UX, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing engaging, user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design and development teams to create responsive, high-quality web applications.

Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into interactive and functional web components.

Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements to the user experience.

Implement and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and web development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience.

Mentor and support junior web developers and designers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Web Developer Engineer with a strong focus on UI/UX design.

Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
