Must Haves:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field

Preferred:

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionalities
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
