Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define future solutions.
Assess the current state of the organization and design processes and systems integrating with technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information for data-driven solutions.
Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools for clarity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in business requirements analysis.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Solid understanding of business processes and systems integration with technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Information:
