Junior Data Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Data Discrepancy Management: Perform tasks related to identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
Data Review: Execute data review based on defined guidelines (e.g., SAE reconciliation, Third-Party Data reconciliation, STATS checks).
Study Protocol Knowledge: Provide feedback on the consistency and completeness of clinical databases/study design based on the study protocol.
Risk Communication: Report any risks and issues to the PDM (Project Data Manager).
Report Submission: Send required reports to the PDM as per set frequencies.
CPT Updates: Regularly update CPT (Clinical Project Team) on defined frequencies.
Issue Log Creation/Update: Continuously create and update issue logs.
Sticky Note Acknowledgement: Acknowledge sticky notes in Rave for studies involving paper components.
Document Upload: Upload processed documents to the applicable SharePoint.
Activity Management: Ensure that assigned activities are managed effectively to meet milestone dates.
Information Gathering: Ask relevant questions to acquire the information needed to achieve project goals.
