Roles & Responsibilities:
Independent Performance: Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements.
Process & Systems Analysis: Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows.
Improvement Recommendations: Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
Business Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have:
Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools.
Good-to-Have:
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
Minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
Location: Pune, India.
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education required.
