Project Role Description : Analyze and design organizational processes and systems, assess business models and technology integration, evaluate current state, identify customer requirements, define future-state solutions, and research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making.

Analyze and design organizational processes and systems aligned with business models and technology.
Assess current state, gather customer requirements, and define future-state solutions.
Research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making.
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
Develop and maintain business architecture models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into business requirements.
Provide solutions for work-related challenges and process gaps.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.
Experience in conducting gap analyses and recommending solutions.
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
Minimum 2 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
Location: Coimbatore, India.
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education required.
