Job Description

Project Role Description :Analyze and design processes, assess business models, gather requirements, define solutions, evaluate current state, and integrate technology to meet customer needs and drive organizational growth effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and evaluate current business processes and systems for improvement.
Develop innovative solutions and create functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation.
Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional expertise).
Good-to-Have: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionalities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
